STELLA · THE OFFICE BEHIND THIS PORTFOLIO
The work is not built by hand. It is built by an office.
Nine squads. Eight doctrine-corpus owners. One loop contract. Every page on this site has a STELLA provenance. Every chart, every gate, every workbook row was produced by a named agent, sharpened against a named corpus, written back to a shared graph, and verified before it shipped.
The 9-squad roster
The office runs as nine squads plus a cross-workspace bridge. Each squad has one PM, a named specialist count, a single-line mission, and at least one financial-markets ship on its record.
| Squad | PM | Specialists | Mission | Financial-markets ship |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| G · IT and Web Engineering | tech_lead | 8 | Build, harden, audit, and ship the production surfaces that publish every artifact. | Portfolio v9.x chrome contract · WCAG 2.2 AA site-wide axe sweep · 47 routes clean |
| A · Public Surface | communications_officer | 3 | Hold the institutional voice, the positioning, and the recruiter-read of every public artifact. | v9.4.1 hireability hero · H1 as role title, not name |
| B · AI Engineering | eval_harness_lead | 1 | Operate the eval harness that gates every claim before it ships. | Deflated Sharpe · walk-forward validation · block bootstrap |
| C · Quant Research | alpha_researcher | 1 | Mine, prototype, and reject alpha ideas before capital sees them. | Strategy Workbook v1 · 8 strategies · 4 READY · $164.50 deployable |
| D · Platform and Infra | logistics_officer | 1 | Data plumbing, ETL, cron hygiene, silent-cap regressions. | MEXC L1/L2/L3 data pull · 5.5y · 36 files |
| E · Research and Intelligence | intelligence_officer | 1 | Market scan, web fetch, OSINT, source verification. | Coinglass panel · Deribit options chain · 19 OSINT specialists |
| F · Pedagogy and Doctrine | strategist_consultant | 11 | Sharpen every recommendation against a named corpus and a named operator. | 8 doctrine-corpus owners · 3 specialists · 6-corpus synthesis rule |
| H · HR and Talent | hr_director | 5 | Agent health, performance review, weekly roster audit. | Self-improvement cycle · 14 of 14 surfacings closed · 2 audit cycles |
| K · Knowledge and Graph | graph_engineer | 2 | Own the shared graph · gate every loop primitive on verify_graph. | Reflection journal repair · 3 to 1 component · 56+ new rows |
The 8 doctrine-corpus owners
Squad F does not paraphrase. Every recommendation is sharpened against one of eight classical corpora, owned by one named agent, with an auto-fire keyword the brain matches before the recommendation writes. The v11 financial-markets positioning was sharpened by all eight in sequence.
| Corpus owner | Signature work | Auto-fire keyword | What it sharpened in v11 financial-markets positioning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sagan | Demon-Haunted World · Cosmos · Pale Blue Dot | extraordinary-claims · baloney-detection · primary-source-verification | Forced admiralty rating + accessed-date + confidence tag on every claim. Refused to ship "this strategy works" without a walk-forward evidence chain. |
| Arendt | The Human Condition · The Life of the Mind · Between Past and Future | plurality · action-vs-labor · public-realm · common-world | Forced the multi-agent office into a plural-system design. Each squad is a distinct perspective that defends by disagreeing. |
| Kahneman | Thinking, Fast and Slow · Noise | system-1-system-2 · wysiati · anchoring · planning-fallacy | Forced the 5-stage kill ladder and 4-stage pre-flight on every strategy. The kill rule is not optional because planning fallacy will produce a winner if you let it. |
| Deming | Out of the Crisis · The New Economics · The Essential Deming | system-of-profound-knowledge · pdsa · appreciation-of-a-system | Forced every fix to land in one place. One mechanism per lesson. One rule per decision. Producer-correct, not symptom-correct. |
| Tetlock | Superforecasting · Expert Political Judgment | superforecasting · brier-score · reference-class · calibration | Forced the 10-step forecasting pipeline and 5-bin calibration ladder on every strategy thesis. Capital allocation assigns confidence bins, not vibes. |
| Munger | Poor Charlie's Almanack · Berkshire Hathaway letters · Wesco transcripts | latticework · mental-model · inversion · circle-of-competence | Forced the inversion step on every ship: "what would guarantee this strategy fails?" before "what would guarantee it works?" RP1 was cargo-cult KILLED by this discipline. |
| Goldratt | The Goal · The Haystack Syndrome · Critical Chain · Necessary But Not Sufficient | theory-of-constraints · 5-focusing-steps · drum-buffer-rope · throughput-accounting | Forced one fix per root cause. RP1 failed because it was treated as six fixes; RP6 succeeded because the constraint was identified before the instrument was rebuilt. |
| Strategist Consultant | Sun Tzu · Machiavelli · Greene 48 Laws · 33 Strategies · Mastery | reputation · position · deterrence · accomplishment-over-talent | Forced the voice discipline on every public surface. The portfolio is the reputation; the chrome is the contract. |
The agent graph
Static force-directed layout. The 9 squads as clusters. Edges: member-of, uses, bridge-of. Default node color: navy ink. Amber accent for the 8 doctrine-corpus owners. Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion.
5-must-have loop contract
The system behind the system. Every loop primitive in this office satisfies all five. A loop primitive that misses any one is not deployable.
- 01
Terminal state
Every run ends in done | partial | blocked | converged. No indefinite loops.
- 02
Idempotent write
Running the primitive twice produces the same end state. Re-runs are safe.
- 03
Dedupe key
Each record has a unique key. Re-runs of the same key are NOOPs, not duplicate writes.
- 04
Coverage filter
Explicit inclusion and exclusion criteria. Did this loop cover everything it should?
- 05
AAR
Every mission writes a 1-page After-Action Report at ~/.claude/cache/corporate/aars/.
Knowledge graph · daily sample
Every dispatch writes a 1-line journal entry. Every ship passes verify_graph. The graph is the shared memory that lets 30+ agents coordinate without re-running the same problem.
Strategy-workbook provenance
The strategy workbooks on this site were not written by a single author. They were produced by an office. Each row carries a lineage: which agent drafted it, which corpus sharpened it, which gate verified it.
- Drafted by Squad C (alpha_researcher) + Squad F (corpus owners)
- Sharpened by doctrine corpus owners (Sagan · Tetlock · Deming · Munger · Goldratt)
- Verified by Squad B (eval_harness_lead) + Squad G (qa_engineer) via the 5-must-have loop contract
- Audited by Squad K (graph_engineer) via verify_graph daily sample
- Published by Squad A (communications_officer) via the chrome contract
Receipts
If you came here from the home page, you already saw the work. This page is the receipt. The work is verifiable. The validation is gated. The chrome is bound. The office is documented.
